We are delighted to be launching a new programme designed and delivered by primary and secondary headteachers with a track record of making real differences to the outcomes of children entitled to PP funding. This is a year-long programme, starting in October 2018.
Outstanding Leadership in Education
Dartmoor TSA has been a licensed provider for OLEVI programmes since 2016. The Outstanding Leadership in Education is a two-day leadership programme for middle and senior leaders from primary and secondary delivered through our team of expert, licensed facilitators. Dates: 2nd and 4th July 2018.
The Aspiring Leaders’ Programmes (ALPs) are bespoke leadership development programmes designed and delivered by outstanding leaders from within Dartmoor TSA. With nurturing strong future leader an essential part of education today, AMPs provides a dynamic professional setting for aspirant leaders to develop the skills and qualities to be the outstanding leaders of the future. The ALPs are designed to complement the NPQs. We are currently delivering the programme and will aim to recruit again early in the new academic year. Early Headship Programme | Primary | 2017-2018
The early phase of headship is a crucial time in a school leader’s career. The opportunity to establish a new vision and create new structures and systems is matched by the challenge of having to learn quickly and manage situations that NPQH does not prepare you for.
Dartmoor TSA and Exeter Consortium and TSA are working in partnership to deliver a practical, supportive programme designed to provide heads and heads of school, relatively new to their roles, with opportunities to access specialist training, support and guidance and work along side colleagues in similar circumstances.
