NEW Leading Pupil Premium Programme
We are delighted to be launching a new programme designed and delivered by primary and secondary headteachers with a track record of making real differences to the outcomes of children entitled to PP funding. This is a year-long programme, starting in October 2018.
NEW Primary Headteacher Appraisal
New for Autumn 2018, we have developed with our Senior Associate - Neil Swait - a Primary Headteacher Appraisal Service. This is a comprehensive service that has a number of tiers of support, providing school leaders and governing boards a high level of choice and greater value for money. Neil Swait is an experienced school improvement lead and inspection adviser and, as a former primary headteacher, has a clear understanding of the complexities and demands of the role.

With nurturing strong future leader an essential part of education today, ALPs provides a dynamic professional setting for aspirant leaders to develop the skills and qualities to be the outstanding leaders of the future. The ALPs are designed to complement the NPQs. We are currently delivering the programme and will aim to recruit again early in the new academic year.

Early Headship Programme | Primary | 2017-2018
The early phase of headship is a crucial time in a school leader’s career. The opportunity to establish a new vision and create new structures and systems is matched by the challenge of having to learn quickly and manage situations that NPQH does not prepare you for.
Dartmoor TSA and Exeter Consortium and TSA are working in partnership to deliver a practical, supportive programme designed to provide heads and heads of school, relatively new to their roles, with opportunities to access specialist training, support and guidance and work along side colleagues in similar circumstances.
